MAINCOR Rohrsysteme is a German manufacturer based in Schweinfurt with 400 employees and a deep know-how in the production of plastic pipes for both building and industrial applications. Within the Building Industry we offer a set of high quality solutions that provide safety and comfort to your home.
With the latest extrusion technology, we produce different kinds of pipes in different diameters and lengths for underfloor heating, plumbing and ventilation systems. In 2020 we have produced more than 100 Million Meters of pipes branded as MAINCOR as well as customized (OEM) pipes.

Production multi-layer composite pipes MAINCOR
Johnannes shows us how we produce our MAINCOR multi-layer composite pipe at the production site Knetzgau. With the overlapped welded aluminum MLCP, MAINCOR customers may benefit from a possible combination of the basic material PE-RT. As to pipe geometries, individual customer specifications can of course be taken into consideration. Continuous process control of the manufacturing quality with state-of-the art measuring techniques ensures that sophisticated requirements will be fulfilled at any time.
MAINPRESS multilayer pipe system
The MAINPRESS multilayer pipe system is an inseparable connection which is permanently tight and a certified connection for heating and sanitary installations.
The fixed stainless steel sleeve has an inspection window, which is used to visually check the correct position of the pipe within the fitting. This ensures that the fitting is pressed correctly at all times.
